You run the paid accounts yourself. Not oversight of an agency, not a media plan: the campaigns, the negatives, the budgets that step up where cost per qualified lead holds and down where it does not. You reconcile what Google reports against what actually booked in the client’s CRM, and you feed closed jobs back to Google through offline conversion imports so it bids on jobs rather than calls.
Do the work.
Own the number.
Get better every week.
We are a small team that helps family owned contractors book more jobs, and we prove it with numbers a client can check against their own books. If you want to run accounts rather than watch them, and you already use AI as a daily tool rather than a talking point, read on.
The delivery team is Marketing Engineers, paid search strategists, a content editor and a data scientist, not account managers. We built our own operations software because what we could buy did not keep pace. The whole team is kept current through a standing weekly internal program, and everyone here uses Claude as a working tool.
One seat open now. Two we hire for as they come up.
Every role here has a named set of accounts and a number it answers for. Open roles take you to our careers board to apply; bench roles take a resume and the screening answer for when the seat opens.
You own organic and AI visibility across a set of accounts: the service and city pages, the structured data that lets a machine verify a business, the map rankings across a whole territory, and the content that gives an AI answer a source to cite. You measure it against qualified leads, not traffic, and you know the difference between a ranking win and a lead.
A Marketing Engineer owns accounts end to end: the website build on our shared template, the Google Business Profiles and their citations, the service area decisions, the content that ships, and the weekly review against each client’s lead goal. You work inside the Engine, our own operations software, alongside a paid search strategist and a content editor, and you answer for the account’s number.
Ownership beats process.
Fourteen contractors, from $1M to $25M a year, each with a plan built from their revenue goal and a weekly count of qualified leads against it. Here is what that means day to day.
Your application does the work. We do not chase details.
Every application is personally reviewed by our team. We read hundreds for each seat, so we decide from what you send. Specifics win: named accounts, real numbers, the tools you actually used, the root cause you actually found. Generic process descriptions do not.
Tell us what you would own.
Openings change. Send an application for the seat you would want, with the account you are proudest of and the number you moved, and we reach out when it opens.
